Pancake House - Taytay

Positiw: big servis of food nice ambiance complete condiments negatiw: eating is not really tasty / savory, at least for my palette pancakes are not tasty this branch is not really spacious

Eating is great, but the service is very terrible. When I went to the door, they ignored me that I had to approach them so that they could take my orders. I also followed my order because it took longer than the other customers who ordered later than I. when I asked how much longer, they said it would take only 5 minutes, but it would take them much longer than that. When I arrived, the waitress put it nicely on the table, but rolled her eyes and went immediately. I hope their service improves.

This restaurant chain is always a popular favorite for me and my family. we love the variation of the selection and service is always good. love that they have coloring articles for children while waiting for food order

The place is small but still great. I cannot understand why despite the small space and the few customers the waitress could still ignore me. I continuously waved my hand in front of her for about 3 minutes or so, while she is on the back of the customer in charge, which I think is not ready to order as she only stares empty on the menu for a whole 5 minutes. the waitress could 've politely gest a wait long hand at me or just quickly my order while the other customer still checks her menus. but no, she stared at me and pretended she didn't see me. when it was finally my turn, she went to our table and stared at me just not to say...read more

Food is always prepared well. Food seem to follow the company’s standards, which are relatively better compared to other Pancake House restaurants. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. They (especially the manager) really seeks feedback from customers and always asks them how their food was. They are very customer-friendly.
