The service was very slow; I had to wait half an hour for my food, and the staff didn't seem very friendly.

The customer service was excellent. The meals were brought to our table, and a staff member asked as she walked past how were our meals. I had the single bacon deluxe and my husband had the meal, double mushroom and swiss. He does prefer more mushrooms. Considering the cost of McDonald's, and the like, which are essentially vending machines, just go to Culver's. Again, the customer service was top notch.
