The culinary offering is decent, without any particular flair, but with room for improvement that could further enhance the restaurant's identity. Among the dishes we tasted, the perch risotto didn't quite meet expectations: the creaminess and balance of flavors could be more refined, thus highlighting the main ingredient and making the dish more harmonious. The seafood spaghetti, on the other hand, has a good base, thanks to quality pasta and proper cooking. The seafood—scampi, clams, mussels, and other seafood—could, however, be selected more carefully, thus offering more intense flavors and a more convincing overall experience. The service, while friendly, could also be improved in terms of timing and presence, especially during busy periods. With better organization, the customer experience would undoubtedly be more enjoyable. Overall, Florya Restaurant has good potential and plenty of room for improvement. I don't rule out the possibility of returning soon, confident that some aspects can be further refined.

I had the opportunity to try their dishes sometimes before making a review and I was happyly surprised to see that the quality remained high. the service is per... read more I had the opportunity to try their dishes sometimes before making a review and I was happyly surprised to see that the quality remained high. the service is perfect, never intrusive and always with someone ready to intervene if called. only defect is the lack of a unique voice menu with some specialties of the day. pizzas and good dishes, I would say slightly higher than average. very nice presentation of pizza on cutter oval elongated and not round. plentiful portions and very competitive price compared to other similar places. maybe a little review is the place that turns out very minimal, has its style, but maybe a little too serious. underline the prosecco proposed upon arrival and the limoncello at the end. Young and dynamic reality, I can only be satisfied to find this type of premises.
