The burgers were OK but have a meatloafy quality we don't particularly like. We're American, though, and we've noticed this is common in New Zealand so may not be noticeable to native New Zealanders. The service seemed indifferent. View all feedback.

Had simply the best breakfast in a long time! the best of it is the personal! had no amazing service in many years, but that was excellent! I am in the Hospo industry myself and I would be willing to steal these types in a heartbeat! well done team! I'm not waiting to see you again.

Burgers were really tasty! ….And service to match. The staff were happy to take a phone order to be collected when we needed it. Especially as their ‘neighbour’ declined to help with that….(their loss) Good on you Pronto Burger! It’s sometimes the little things that count!

Had a very nice breakfast here. The waffle was amazing. The green bowl was OK but left me a bit hungry. Might just be my appetite though! Very nice and accommodating staff. It was very busy and they stayed professional and welcoming and the food came out quickly and tasted great.

Went for brunch this morning, started off we and polite, then our egg Benedict turned up, with the egg whites still raw, when we bought it to our servers attention the chef offered to recook some eggs, but we were told that's how they come, the next ones were cooked to the point of hard boiled yolks, seemed a bit petty really, wont he back
