After consultin... read more I mentioned that I am vegetarian and gluten-free when I made the reservation. Upon arrival, a server was assigned to discuss my options with me. After consulting with the chef, she provided several choices, including dessert and a few items not listed on the menu. The waitress also ensured that the rest of the staff was informed. I felt very well taken care of, and the food was fantastic!

Then we watched 4 tables who were seated long after... read more Shortly after being seated our order was taken, then the waitress promptly forgot to put our order through. Then we watched 4 tables who were seated long after us receive their entrees, meals and drinks. After almost an hour of waiting we asked a waitress about our order, she told us our order was never put through. 15-20 minutes later we finally received our food which was delicious. When we bought this up to the employee at the payment desk, she just said today is their busiest day so there will be a wait, but if our order was put through right after it was taken there wouldn’t have been a wait. The atmosphere and staff were great, the food and drinks were amazing, it was just a disappointment that it was just brushed aside when we tried bringing it up.

6 of us went for dinner tonight just got home and seems like we may have had a case of food poison as 4 out of 6 have been in and out of the toilet. seems like... read more 6 of us went for dinner tonight just got home and seems like we may have had a case of food poison as 4 out of 6 have been in and out of the toilet. seems like the 4 that ordered the steak meal were the ones affected. Steak was perfectly cooked though, just unfortunate that our tummies didn't agree. The service was slow but we understood that it may have been due to the fact that it was quite packed being that Wednesday nights are half price mains. food was quite average, I didn't really find anything that really stood out from the large range of food our table ordered we ordered 4 steak meals, the ribs, beef tacos, chicken taco, nachos, chicken fajita, chicken chimichunga and the chicken burrito. all of us agreed that it needed a bit of sweetness in each meal to offset the sour cream. only 2 of the 6 of us had tried mexican food before so We were happy that we were able to take advantage of the half price meal offer.

Arrived ordered our drinks and once our drinks arrived we went to order our Entree which we were then advised they couldn't make as they don't have all the ingredients. (Had we known that there were only select things.on the menu available prior to ordering our drinks we would have left. Went on to order pur mains and had the same issue couldn't have what we wanted as they did not have all the ingredients super disappointed. Also got offered a bottle of water which seemed to take for ever to arrive and ended up asking for it multiple times until it finally arrived. Service was slow and I am sure they kept forgetting about us nobody seemed to really care that we couldn't order what we wanted like it was standard procedure for things not to be available on the menu. Very disappointing.

The one w... read more Food was okish, just odd flavours and took 50mins to come out. I asked for 2 ginger beers. 1 with ice and one without. The one without was full of GB. The one with ice was literally 3/4 of the cup filled with ice. I had 4 sips and the ginger beer was gone that’s just not ok. Where’s the rest of the drink that I paid for?
