Issues ranged from bland food to undercooked meat, poor service, overcooked dishes, and overlooked orders. Despite some positive aspects like children's play areas, friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere, inconsistency in food quality and service were prevalent. Customers received mixed experiences ranging from fabulous to disappointing. Some incidents of overcharging and lack of attention to detail were also reported. With a need for improvement, the overall dining experience at CobbCo Rotorua seemed inconsistent.
