Good food but unfortunately the oldish guy (owner? made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. This is my first google review; which probably shows how uncomfortable I was. Doubt I'll come back, sadly. Meal type: Lunch View all feedback.
WON'T ORDER FROM CASUAL KITCHEN (ON LINE) AGAIN!! 1st order – 19 Oct 2022 – Ordered 6 meals. Ordered 2 boxes of curry, received only 1. Grant said he will re send me the one that was short packed, but he never did cheated me one meal in this order. One of the meals had passed the expiry date. Expiry date on the meal pack was printed 1 OCT 2022. My order was placed on 19 OCT 2022, yet that meal was sent to me instead of discarding it. 2nd order – 27 Oct 2022 – Ordered 5 meals (expecting to include the one that was short packed, this did not happen). One of the meals that I ordered was replaced with something else that I did not order. Another meal that I received had already passed the expiry date (again). Stamped on the box was 15 FEB 2022. However, the year 2022 had been changed to 2023 (3 written over with a pen). I placed the order on 27 Oct 2022, expired 8 months from the date on the box. Absolutely disgusted that this company would send expired food to it's customers. All the meals were received unfrozen. The lid on each of the meal packs were not well secured, and food was exposed. There was water leakage on every meal box, insulation pack, ice pack and onto the base and corners of the big courier cardboard box. I received the food contaminated. Brought this issue to Grant. Monique emailed me on 31 Oct 2022 saying that she would send a replacement order on 1 Nov 2022, at no cost. Today is 6 Nov 2022, still haven't received the replacement box and still awaiting for reply to my questionings. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, AVOID THIS PLACE!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Other

The food came in a beautiful big box wrapped with a bow and inside all the meals were in foil containers ready for the oven. On the day we simply reheated the meals in the oven and dished up! Not only did the food look vibrant, it was packed with flavour and the meats so succulent. It made our day so much easier having the meal prep all done being able to simply present a gorgeous looking flavoursome christmas meal, and it was great to have such tasty leftovers for many meals afterwards!
