What ishita doesn't like about Bp:
Exceptionally rude person (Indian guy w curly hair) during the night shifts, super unprofessional and has no knowledge of the products in the store. He denied service to 2 people before us unreasonably and was even verbally abusive to one of them. I don't know how bp doesn't do any background checks before hiring people. Terrible. Couldn't get app to work. 2 staff were not helpful, fortunately there was another there who was.
Friend borrowed my car to fill up jerry can as their car ran out of gas. 3 people ahead of them were allowed to pump before paying, then when my friend went to do the same clerk advised he had to pay before pumping gas. Friend asked what if the tank only takes $30 total will you refund the balance? Clerk said no we don't do that. So shocked at the clear theft that they show to customers the profile. Will not go here again Avoid at all cost
Quick in and out.. large forecourt with easy access to all amenities
Standard BP service quality. Nothing outstanding.. all the good stuff
