1.Price is resonable 2.meat and vegetable are variety 3.soup taste is not too bad 4.no car parking 4.shop area is not too wide 5.smoke is too bad in around shop area.

Such a nice place to dine in... but kinda difficult in goin' ... too hard to find for a new one... not too expensive...
Nicely prepared typical Thai style Mukahta. Tasting good and all meat are well prepared. Despite of less dessert, much of veggies, pork, chicken and beef are available. Served by welcoming staff. Wide spacious area and tables. 8000 MMK per head and no time limitations as buffet style of BBQ and Suki. Parking space is just in front of the restaurant. Better have a try here
