They tried to substitute my crispy chicken sand with machicken sandwich.....Ummmm???? I don't think so..... Then they were rudeto my husband when he took it back... Anyway

I ordered a double cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger, cheese sticks and tater tots with chili, cheese and onions. This was the worst food we have ever tried to eat. The patties do not even taste like real meat, the vegetables on the burgers were old and soft and the tater tots and cheesesticks dripped with grease so bad that the bottom of the bag tore it was so saturated. After a single bite of each burger theywere thrown away. The tater tots and cheese sticks were also inedible . Tis was a total waste of $20 Will never eat hereagain. I will go down the road to Dairy Queen.

Plus, they frequently mess up drink orders unless you specifically request Dr. Pepper. Even when the parking lot is mostly empty, if you order anything other than a drink, be ready to leave work early and anticipate getting back later than expected.

They e... read more This Sonic location is encountering some difficulties. There are a few dedicated employees who are doing an outstanding job and really make a difference. They even provide Pup Cups for your canine companions, which is a lovely touch. However, it's crucial for upper management and the district manager to step in to help bring this Sonic back to its former glory and offer better support to the hardworking staff. It’s unreasonable to expect just a handful of employees to bear the entire burden of the establishment.
