Customer for over 20 years...The pizzas are excellent and that's why I still order....because the delivery time is just unbearable! It gets worse and worse as the years go by. Today's order waited 2 hours even though it was announced for a 1 hour wait. We called twice to find out where she was, always a good excuse and never any commercial gestures! Incompetent staff does not know how to take an order correctly. When you call him to inform him, he takes no initiative to correct his mistake. In addition, he collected the price of the pizzas from my initial order which was more expensive. Cooking pizza burnt on the edges. Go all out on grated Emmental to save money.
