This review discusses the current circumstances with the pandemic. Let me just say, this is the best place I have visited since everything started. The store is well-stocked with essentials and the hot bar is operating smoothly. While some produce items may be occasionally out of stock, overall it's all good. The standout feature here is the fantastic employees - they are friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist... View all feedback.
What Alex B doesn't like about Wfm Coffee:
The worst Whole Foods I 've ever been to. The meat in the meat department is never fresh and the butchers have no idea what they are doing. Oh and this is the only one where they don 't sell a boneless rib-eye. View all feedback.
Theyre closed. They closed the store probably a month ago, the times should me updated to permanently closed
Luke and Ashley always hook it up with a great iced coffee
The tall skinny butcher person was really rude. I went to grab a few items since I was in the area and I stopped by the butcher meat area to get myself half an organic chicken. It was weird because there were 4 people but no one came to help me. When I finally got someone 's attention, as he was coming over he was saying something under his breath and shaking his head. And then he becomes hard of hearing when I ask him a q. I ask him if he can cut the chicken for me to get half of it, he looks at me as if I made a grave sin and says, so what do you expect us to do with the other half! Then another butcher person comes over and says something to him and I 'm thinking what is going on...And then when he gives me the chicken he becomes super nice all of a sudden (fake and sketch) and he comes over and says is there anything else I can help you with? No but I told your supervisor so I hope you really don 't do this to someone else.
The line to enter this store is extremely long compared to other Whole Foods locations I have visited since the pandemic began. The person in charge of letting customers in seemed to be on a power trip, only allowing a few people in for every large group that left. The employees bringing in carts did not practice social distancing, getting too close to people in line. Overall, the store was poorly managed and not worth the long wait. I ended up leaving after waiting for 30 minutes, even though there weren't many people ahead of me. I suggest going to a different location if you don't want to spend over an hour waiting in line. I will not be returning to this store and do not recommend it.
The employees in the meat department were rude and deceitful, as they sold us 90/10 ground beef that turned out to be far from accurate. After cooking some of it, we were shocked at the excessive amount of grease. This experience was truly dishonest.
