This is the best kabob I've had outside of Iran! The food is excellent, and the owner is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend making the trip to eat here, even if it takes over an hour! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Vanak Bakery:
After ordering from the menu and finishing their meal, diners will find that their bill is roughly three times the prices listed. According to the owner, prices have increased over the past two years, and they haven't been able to print updated menus. A breakfast for four, along with a couple of items like two boxes of goat cheese and a bag of loose tea, came to about $190. Customers are now seeking alternatives. View all feedback.
For breakfast, some of my favorites include the Persian tomato omelet, cheese with bread, and sarshir, a delightful sweet cream served with fresh bread and honey. If you're feeling adventurous, don't miss the kalapeh, a traditional Persian dish featuring lamb head meat that's a must-try for those who appreciate unique flavors. For lunch, they offer a daily special that's always freshly made, alongside tasty kabobs straight from the grill. You can also take home some freshly baked barbareh or sangak bread.
