The food at this restaurant is always fantastic. The salad was so delicious and filling. The salmon was cooked perfectly, just as I asked for it to be medium rare. It was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The outdoor seating was lovely, but the loud music made it hard to have a conversation with the person next to me, and even harder with those across the table. Parking was a nightmare, with no valet service available at 5:30pm and the lot being full. We had to park far away, as did our guests.

Food was fair. Service very poor. In fact waitress told us it was good we decided not to order dessert because it would take her an hour to come back.

The view of the bridge and river is so fine that , restaurants in such places often being nothing but marketed view, one expects little from the food. however the food is a happy surprise, good and well prepared and served italian food and drink.

The restaurant was quiet with few customers, but had a nice riverfront location. It was a little off the beaten path. The food was simple, yet tasty.

My very good friend moved to Connecticut and I'm still in Jersey. Tarrytown is a halfway point for both of us to meet. We stumbled on Sunset Cove on the internet the first time we met up in 2012 and have been coming yearly ever since. The view is wonderful and the food even more so. We always meet early on a weekday so it's always quiet. We've met in the early spring and eaten inside and sometimes later and eaten outside. You can't beat the view and the service. One time we had some kind of lobster crepe and you can't beat the Market Salad. Coming back for a dinner is on our bucket list for sure!
