The chef designs dishes that are both delicious and creative from the starters to the entrees to the dessert. Each dish offered the perfect combination of flavors, textures and delight. Our favorite dishes were the fried chicken bao, aged crown of duck, mochi waffle and calamansi snow dessert! It was a true culinary experience. We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next day for brunch! The service was wonderful and the staff remembered details about us. Tiffany even made her amazing lattes for us again! The ambience and interior of the restaurant was beautifully interesting as it is set in the King Mansion of the Tarrytown Estate. Highly recommend!
