**Dining Experience at a Controversial Restaurant: A Mixed Review**

The restaurant serves an array of biryanis, with many praising the vibrant flavors and generous portions, making it a hotspot for biryani enthusiasts. However, the dining experience has been marred by inconsistent service, with reports of rudeness and poor cleanliness tarnishing its reputation. While the food quality varies, some dishes, notably the Chicken Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, have garnered commendations. Customers have expressed frustration with the service’s response to concerns, indicating a need for improvement. For those seeking a pleasant dining atmosphere, consider alternatives, but the biryani variety may still entice devoted fans.

The dine-in experience was among the worst I've had in Melbourne. The service was extremely poor; there was no greeting, no cutlery provided, and we had to ask for water. When we inquired about water, cutlery, and replacing dirty glasses, we were met with a strange look that made us feel quite uncomfortable. As for cleanliness, the plates had black spots on them, and I felt the need to wipe them down myself. There were food crumbs scattered all over the floor (please see the photo). The cutlery, glasses, and the water jug also appeared to be inadequately cleaned, with visible marks on them (again, see the photos). When we requested new glasses, we were given plastic ones that were no better in terms of cleanliness. Regarding the food quality, the crispy chicken looked undercooked, and the rice in the biryani was dry. It seemed as though it had been prepared days earlier, mixed with a fresh batch, or simply reheated (check the photo). Overall, it completely ruined my birthday dinner—I could have chosen a better place to celebrate.

The Chicken Hyderabadi Dum Biryani was good, comparable to what you would find at Dosa Hut and other Indian restaurants. However, the Chicken 65 Biryani was quite spicy. The ambience was decent, but the reception and kitchen areas could use some cleaning and maintenance. On a positive note, they do have a HALAL certificate.

We have been ordering biryani from this restaurant every week, and we recently tried their vegetarian noodles. Unfortunately, the noodles were overly salty and lacked any vegetables. When I called the restaurant to express my concerns, a woman who claimed to be the owner initially said she would help but then denied it and told me it wasn’t her problem, insisting that I speak with the delivery drivers. I mean, come on, does the DoorDash driver make the noodles? The whole experience was incredibly frustrating. If you're looking for great biryani and excellent service, I recommend trying Biryani Nation instead. Avoid this disappointing place!

Amazing Biryani ..! One the of the best in Australia. Ashok was amazing, recommend us Pachimirchi Biryani, Chicken 65 Biryani mutton biryani. All the Biryani had unique flavours with aroma, chicken was tender, rice was cooked perfectly even the curry on the side was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it and definitely going there again. Highly Recommend for Biryani lovers.

The food was just amazing and full of flavours. If you are looking for a new Bryani place to try, you have to try this one! Choose from a variety of biryanis on offer! It’s a great place for a quick meal which was what I did, or a family dinner! The staff was very friendly and kept making sure the at I was ok.
