This was my first time in this hotel as I stay in the regular in tarifa city. we were 2 very unpleasant nights, as the matratecs are hard. it didn't feel very c... read more This was my first time in this hotel as I stay in the regular in tarifa city. we were 2 very unpleasant nights, as the matratecs are hard. it didn't feel very clean either. dust under the beds. the rooms are dark and everything feels at...old food is ok. nothing special. I would not stay this place or recommend as there are better options in tarifa. the best was the ground. really nice and relaxed atmosphere.

This time it wasn't good. the terrace was closed from some ground, we could not understand it was nice to sit outside (full restaurant) and since covid19 I personally prefer to sit outside. in the inner was very warm, we wanted to move next to a window and that is if the waiters don't like us. they moved us and cleaned only half of the table, so that the table next to us still had food on it. on our nachos we had little hairs, we also ordered fajitas and had 3 tortillas. we are 2 people sharing a teller, can't put them 4!? again it is not our first visit and this has never happened. I tried to call the waiter to 1 tortilla, but they ignored us. When they ignored us, we have set 20 minutes there to ask someone to offer more drinks or ask how we are, but that never happened. we asked about the bill (turned the dessert and this is our favorite, but we were so disappointed that we didn't want to stay there) we told all the waiter and he apologized, but that's it. the other waiter left the bill and ran away, not asking even if we want to pay with the card. we went into the chillout bar and the bartender was nice made us good drinks and we closed the evening. we will probably not be back.
