Dunkin' - Tarentum
Dunkin'
Description
This busy coffee spot delivers standout seasonal drinks and friendly, often fast service, but experiences vary. Patrons praise efficient staff and reliable favorites, while others report frequent order mistakes, missing syrups, bland or over‑sweet frozen drinks, sold‑out pastries and occasional uncleanliness. Drive‑thru and parking offer convenience, though lot traffic and low curbs can be problematic. Best for quick stops and regulars who double‑check orders; expect good coffee on many visits but bring patience for inconsistencies.

I usually visit the Etna Dunkin’ and consider myself a regular there. Yesterday, due to roadwork on Route 28, I stopped at this location instead. I always order the same thing: a large iced caramel macchiato and an order of bagel minis. Normally, my total is $7.57, but here it was $12.57 for the exact same order. Do Dunkin’ prices vary by location? When I asked to see the receipt, the employee refused and said it would be in my Dunkin’ app. I had to leave for work and couldn’t find the receipt in the app afterward. Honestly, I suspect the staff here might be overcharging. On the bright side, my coffee was really good—actually better than the Etna Dunkin’s—so I’m giving an extra star for that.
I've visited this Dunkin' location multiple times over the past year, and they've always been fantastic! The coffee and food are outstanding. I highly recommend trying the iced Vanilla Latte with Pumpkin cold foam—it's delicious. The staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Thanks, Dunkin'!
I've been to Dunkin' twice specifically for a brown sugar cinnamon iced latte, and both times they forgot to put in the syrup. It was just coffee, milk, and ice. I'm quite disappointed and wouldn't suggest ordering anything with brown sugar cinnamon.
