There's always a friendly face at the front when it’s time to pay. While the staff doesn’t sound very cheerful over the headset, I find the extra charge for just one pump of syrup to be a bit steep. Other places usually provide the same amount for the extra charge as they originally include, which makes a difference in flavor. Just one pump doesn’t really enhance it. Also, be cautious of the traffic when entering the parking lot, and watch out for the bottom of your car (especially if you’re not in an SUV or a truck) since it might scrape a little.
They burnt my food and ruined it
Incredibly badly managed location. Half the time I try to go here, they’re out of donuts. “Donuts” is right in the name! They had ONE JOB! What are they even doing there if they can’t fulfill their essential function? Disgraceful.If it had happened once, that could be attributed to unusual circumstances. But the fact that it’s happened multiple times means they’re chronically failing to meet demand. A profoundly dysfunctional business.
