After waiting for about three minutes and being ignored by three staff members, I decided to leave. I understand that the young man near the register was busy crushing ice, but a quick "Hello! I'll be with you in a moment" would have made a significant difference. There seems to be a need for better customer service training for the employees. A simple greeting and acknowledgment of customers can truly enhance the experience.
I believe the staff are very efficient and consistent. While I'm not a coffee drinker myself, I’ve heard positive things about the taste. Overall, my experience was great!
I visit this location almost three times a week for work, and each time has been a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I don’t have the option to go elsewhere or I certainly would. I’ve encountered issues with incorrect orders, and it seems like no one is paying attention to the customers—despite the long line, the staff often stands around the back chatting, ignoring everyone waiting. They frequently run out of donuts, and the place is generally quite dirty. It's really frustrating and unacceptable. Staff will walk right past you without even acknowledging your presence.
