My father ordered a long black with a splash of mil... read more I just had a terrible experience at Jack Co. Café! I've never encountered such poor customer service before. My father ordered a long black with a splash of milk, and while we were waiting for our coffees, he noticed that the barista seemed to have added too much milk. He casually mentioned this to me, and before we knew it, the barista exploded at him, insisting that if he had a problem, he should address it directly with her instead of "having a fit." She went on to rant and raised her voice while stomping around the coffee machine. I've never seen such rude and aggressive behavior, and it was completely uncalled for. As for the coffee itself, it was mediocre and overpriced. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
