The chicken tenders were extremely tough and nearly inedible. The macaroni and cheese lacked any flavor, making it unsatisfying as well. I also tried their famous bowl, but the chicken in it was so hard that I couldn't eat it either. I was very upset, especially considering the money I spent on this meal; it really should have been better.

The restaurant consistently fails to get our orders correct, even when the manager is present to oversee them. We've had to return to the restaurant to retrieve our food, left without items, and no one has responded to our emails or calls.

On a brighter note, the chicken nuggets were quite enjoyable.
