The fries were stale and the cheese had a sour smell and taste, which was a strange and unpleasant experience. The milkshake was watery and the burger tasted burnt. This visit was disappointing as this is not typically the standard of this restaurant. View all feedback.

I ordered at the drive-thru and mentioned my coupon. The total showed $5.45, but when I got to the window, the manager told me it was $11.00. I insisted it should be $5.45 because of the coupon I used. The manager said I should have mentioned the coupon when ordering. I was frustrated that they didn't apologize or offer an explanation. I had to wait 4 minutes for my order, which left me feeling unhappy. Typically, I don't complain, but this experience was disappointing.
The food was prepared correctly, but we specifically requested fresh hot fries which were just okay. The staff seemed preoccupied with the drive thru, but they were still friendly.
I visited the restaurant today on March 12 around 12:00. The employee making the sandwich leaped over the table from the other side of the register with only one glove on his hand. There were about six people (I believe they were friends) who took his wallet out, grabbed money from it, pulled his pants down, and then he went back to making the sandwich without changing the glove or washing his hands.
I will not return to this restaurant. It is unacceptable for people to linger around and beg for money in a nearly threatening manner.
