Martyrs Steakhouse - Taos

The food was fantastic, my pork chop was perfectly cook, the mashed potatoes were heavenly tasting, and the chimichurri just fantastic. Great customer service, every one was so nice to talk to, I seated down in the bar and it was such great choice, I had really nice interactions with must of the staff, bar tender was great as well. Is a great place to go. Part 2; I came back couple weeks after the first review cause I wanted to try the hamburger, because many people were talking about it, so I did ate it and it was glorious, just perfectly cook, I order some calamari as well, now I thought those were a little bit extra cooked, but tasty never the less.

Food was great! Seemed short handed with staff so it took a bit longer with a few requests from our party. A person in our party ordered the porterhouse and was undercooked. Other than that it was a good experience.

What a fun place to have a meal! The outside patio area was lovely...AND the indoor area looked beautiful ...except it was a hot summer day!!! The bar is very inviting, the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. The atmosphere is truly lovely! This restaurant is in the center of town, great location! The menu is nice and diverse, something for everyone. Our server was spectacular, everything was enjoyable.?

Very accommodating. Very nice staff. Great salad and great mashed potatoes. Asked for my ribeye to be medium-well and they brought it well done though. Kind of a bummer because of how expensive it was. Still a well-flavored steak though. Just make sure you order MEDIUM instead of medium-well.
