Contribute FeedbackOn the day of pickup, my husband and I left our family home excited to collect our order around 6 PM, right in our designated time slot—plus I had a generous tip ready for the staff working on Thanksgiving. However, I received a call informing me that my order had been canceled just a few days prior, with no explanation given. I still have no idea what happened and am currently waiting for a refund. I was extremely disappointed, and since we had no meal prepared, we ended up having to find somewhere else to eat. I really can't emphasize enough how important it is to have reliable service for a special occasion like this—I'd recommend going somewhere else to be safe.

I was informed that my order had been canceled just a few days prior, with no explanation given. Now I'm waiting for a refund and feeling quite upset about the whole situation. We ended up having to eat elsewhere, and while I can’t comment on the food at Lamberts, I would recommend going somewhere else for a special occasion to avoid any issues.
