Hunan - Taos

I've eaten twice a week here, and both times it was excellent. Orange chicken and fried rice was fresh and delicious! Baked dumplings were made exactly right, with an excellent spicy sauce. Teriyaki chicken on one floor was tender and tasteful. It's just out now, but the service is fast! I would recommend it.

We had date night expecting to dine in however not doing that for now. We got take out and like always the food was delicious. Had to eat in the car very romantic. Once again here on May 26th outstanding customer service just by my order the gentleman that working the front knew exactly who I was and where I come from made my day.

Nice Asian restaurant. Very reasonable prices. Lots of food for lunch and dinner. Staff is usually nice and helpful. Except when they're about to close or an hour before closing. I've walked in around 7 and got a very harsh eye roll and sigh that made me feel like I should just leave. Overall I love the restaurant and the staff is good except the hostess when she's tired. I would recommend trying.

Got the worst treatment from the manager/owner. Was told 15 minutes wait when I placed the order. After 15 minutes I was told without asking, 5 more minutes. After 30 minutes, I noticed that other customers were getting their orders. So I asked, what happened to mine. I was told This is not McDonald 's! You are rushing us, we are very busy! He was still mumbling something when he gave me my order. If he can treat customers bad probably treats employees badly too. Why he has no servers. Songs Restaurant nearby has better customer service. Owner very friendly.

Irresponsible and people on the staff, (seems like to me), I have been trying to call and order a take out delivery, and their Phone Reception Signal is bad, and plus it kept going to Voicemail on most of my Calls! To think I was willing to Patronize this Particular Dinning Establishment. I have good reason for leaving an angry verbal message so I make no Apologies, (I will explain why if any of their staff wants to call me).
