Walked past this place every day , it’s situated by the cable car . On our way into Taormina for dinner we thought the terrace looked nice and thought let’s have a drink and see ! No problem when we ordered drinks and asked to see the menu later on, the waiter was pleasant and helpful especially as we were trying out our self taught Italian! Hard to find bad food and service in Sicily? Not really. Run down and the staff were rude tutting after a complaint of lumpy pasta. Portions were sparse with a premium price. Avoid .
Me and my son are here on our first day of staying in Mazzaro which is in the district of Taormina, pleasant establishment with lovely views, good food we both had the Asparagus and Prawn Risotto which was very nice. The guy who served us was polite and offered a good service although his English was very limited but then again we were in Italy. A nice little restaurant opposite the cable car up to Taormina, not too expensive either
Situado en un sitio un poco ruidoso por el paso del tren y la carretera, un pequeño desayuno de joto, la cocina cierra a las 21:30 y no nos dieron alternativa, amistosa en el trato.
The place and service is nice but food is very touristy fast cooking and average produce. Eatable but definetly not the Best in Taormina.
