The ambiance is fabulous, we love... read more We were in Taormina in mid September and found this place while Googling for a vegetarian restaurant we were not disappointed! The ambiance is fabulous, we loved every wine we tried, and the bruschetta and tiramisu were delicious!! Unfortunately, we didn't get back to try their pasta dishes, but if we ever make it back to Taormina, I hope Timoleone's is still there. We met the owner, who was friendly, down to earth, and you could tell he loved and took pride in his restaurant. We saw him working as hard as the staff!! Five stars all the way!!

The wait staff is amazingly... read more First of all, the place is absolutely beautiful. It has one of the coolest appearances of any restaurant I’ve experienced in Sicily. The wait staff is amazingly friendly and cheerful. The food itself was lovely, though I do wish they had more Vegan options (when we visited there were only 2 Vegan appetizers and 1 Vegan entrée, and they were out of the 1 vegan dessert), but what we ate was very tasty. They also have very unique and delicious cocktails.

It was ver... read more We loved our experience here! Beautiful, romantic cocktail bar for a date. We were recommended some very nice cocktails according to our preferences. It was very exciting to be seated outside on the steps, which offered amazing views. Drinks a bit expensive, but you can tell that they are qualitative. Definitely recommend the place at least for some drinks!

The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. However, the strong floral scent in the space was a bit overwhelming and clashed with the enjoyment of the food. Despite that, it was an overall pleasant experience and worth a visit.
