amazing service from beginning to end, very courteous of us just speak English. helps us park, excellent sommelier explains some of the local wein. great eating as they would expect. they have to drive to this property I don't think they can easily go because the road is dangerous. We tried their 6-course tasting menu “Sea and Air”. Half of the raw fish from the first course were quite fishy, requiring all the mango sauce to mask the fishiness. Some other fish dishes were chewy, which was a pity considering ingredients were supposedly fresh. The squid pasta was okay but could be more flavourful.
