We especially enjoyed the patio, it was the perfect spot to relax and watch the ocean in the evenings. The restaurant was wonderful as well; you can truly taste the care and passion the chef puts into every dish. And finally, Carmelo’s piano playing and singing added such a special touch and made our stay even more memorable.

From the start, something felt off — people I’d never seen before were roaming the property, claiming to be part of the “cleaning service.” They entered rooms without permission, and staff gave vague or conflicting explanations about who they were. It felt completely unsafe. Personal belongings (my brothers Rolex) went missing, and when we raised the issue, management brushed it off and acted like nothing happened. The whole atmosphere was sketchy — lots of lies, confusion, and zero accountability. For a place that markets itself as luxury, it was the opposite: dishonest, chaotic, and unsafe. I would never stay here again and strongly suggest finding a different hotel where you can actually relax and trust the people working there. If I could give a negative star review, I would. Our stay was in June, and they have made zero efforts to amend our issues.

A Rolex watch was stolen from my son's room, which is complet... read more I had a very disappointing and troubling experience at Atlantis Bay. During our stay in June 2025. A Rolex watch was stolen from my son's room, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, someone claiming to be from house keeping knocked on my eighty-year-old mother’s door at midnight. Who cleans at midnight!! She was alone in her room at the time, which was extremely unsettling. We were promised reimbursement for the stolen watch, but after four months, they denied the claim without any proper explanation. The lack of accountability and poor communication only added to our frustration. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. The security concerns and unprofessional handling of incidents make it unsafe and very disturbing.
