Sila na may mal... read more Wrong delivery of food items. I orderer beed caldereta but they delivered pork. Some people who supposedly eat this food are Muslim. Rude staff. Sila na may mali, sila pa galit. Halatang hindi trained. Poor customer service. Dapat alam mo policy nila. Dahil pag di mo alam, ikaw may mali. Definitely not worth it.

The worst part was th... read more The food was undoubtedly good! However, the delivery was late, sent to the wrong address, and there was obviously a lack of communication. The worst part was that it was delivered to the home of the person we were supposed to surprise for their birthday. In the end, the birthday celebrant was the one who accepted the food delivery. It was such a mess! If only the staff had followed instructions and communicated with us properly when they were unsure, this would not have happened. Kitchen101 apologized, but they didn't acknowledge or address the issues. It's not enough for the food to be delicious; the service outside the kitchen also needs attention.

Food was undoubtedly good! On the other hand, delivery was late, sent to the wrong address and obviously theres’s lacked of communication. Pero ang worst pa dyan ay na deliver mismo sa bahay ng taong isssurprise dapat namin para sa birthday nya. It ended up ang birthday celebrant pa ang nag accept ng food delivery. It was so messed up! If only the staff followed instructions and communicated with us accordingly…if they were unsure, this would not had happened. In return, Kicthen101 apologized but didn’t acknowledged and addressed the issues. Hindi sapat na masarap lang ang pagkain na binebenta but the service outside the kitchen ay sana mapag tuunan din ng pansin.
