They still deliver drinks and food to your table, but since you pay upfront, you have to tip in advance. Disposable plates and cutlery are provided, and drinks come in to-go cups, which leaves you unsure about refills since no one in our group needed one before we left. On a Sunday afternoon, the place wasn’t crowded. While there aren’t many dining options in the Taneytown area, Pizza Hut continues to deliver the same great pizza and menu.
