The store runs out of things often, most selections are very basic, and orders are always a hit or miss with being wrong in missing something, or not getting the right donuts.
The staff is beyond kind and helpful
I've visited many Dunkin' Donuts locations in Maryland, and this one stands out as the best I've experienced. I've been coming here for about a year, and they've never gotten my orders wrong. The atmosphere is friendly and clean, and the employees work well together as a team. This Dunkin' Donuts should serve as a positive example for others. Customer service is fantastic
This experience was absolutely terrible, and I encountered some of the most disrespectful individuals I've ever seen. It seemed like a group of immature teenagers running the place, and there was clearly no manager present to oversee things. The food was subpar, but the service was even worse. I believe the health department should seriously consider shutting them down or at the very least conduct a surprise inspection.
