Dunkin' - Taneytown

I have been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts in MD. This is by far the best one I have been to. I have been going out here for about a year and they have never gotten any of my orders wrong. The atmosphere is friendly and clean. The employees know how to work as a team. This Dunkin Donuts should be used as a positive example to other ones. Thank you guys for your service and I plan to keep coming back.

Absolute worst, most disrespectful group of idiots I've ever seen. A bunch of 17 year old punks with no manager ever on site (or at least not that you can tell). Food is horrible, service is worse. Health dept. Should shut them down or at least do a random

This is a great Dunkin! My drinks and food were accurate and great!! Although it’s Christmas Eve and extremely busy, the ladies got the drink orders out fast. They were making upwards to fifteen or more drinks at a time. I appreciate the friendly service and the team this early morning was wonderful!

This Dunkin’ has become so bad. You can expect every other coffee to taste horrible and they are always forgetting food.

There is always an issue here, something is always missing from your order, especially drive thru. Then when you go in to get your order fixed you get attitude and the employee on their phone finishing their text messages before they do their job, then don’t wash their hands in between. Do better.
