great place to relax and relax, socialize and dance. jess and ruby take inquiries and offer setbacks in the time to create a nostalgic ambiente of the past days and return an excitement for another experience. it is a great place to meet and have one of their celebrations of events! table for two or three tables for ten. the accommodations are great! dont forget to tap their server. only in advance! What User doesn't like about The Mix:
this restaurant is located in the lobby of the hotel westin. when we set ourselves, it took almost 30 minutes to help us a server. she seemed surprised we wanted to eat. we have asked her some questions about the cocktails and she did not know that the answer, so we went into the bar to get our answers. we finally ordered a few fries and afteros. the French fries had an oily aftertaste that I cannot explain and they... Thank you to our servers, Kim and Ella. Excellent rating to the manager/person in-charge Timothy for constantly checking on us with the things we needed from utensils to drinks to food! As always, Jesse and Ruby provided awesome music for the night. We will be back again and again
The Mix with Jesse Ruby is an awesome night out with family and/or friends. There is a pretty good food selection as well as cocktails coffee. The service is great. We had an exceptional experience with Kim as our server; she was very friendly and quick accurate with our orders. We will definitely be back!
Kim, our server accommodated us the whole night. She gave us exemplary service from refilling water to providing our napkins. The designated server was nowhere to be found after she took our orders. Entertainment is always on point. We love Jesse and Ruby that’s why we keep going back to this hotel. Food is ok but it can be improved, like there’s too much batter in the fish filet. Desserts and coffee are the best after dinner and dancing.
We ordered the usual platter but this time it wasn’t served hot! There was no tartar sauce w/ the fish w/c was breaded too much and the wings was salty. I requested that the condiments for the chips be on the side because it gets soggy when not eaten right away. It wasn’t followed. There was a lot of patrons that night but food quality and service should not be compromised. Never tell us loyal patrons that you are understaff thus poor service? I requested the manager in-charge that we were ready to order and he says, oh I will send your server over to get your orders. Really? Thank you to Aiza who made up for that poor service. We are here almost every week for the entertainment! Jesse and Ruby are the best on the island. The food is mediocre but service should make up for it. The previous visits were awesome and I understand that there will be days when service sucks. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again!
Sia and Alyssa are excellent servers! We ALWAYS enjoy the voices of Jesse and Ruby. We’ve been to other hotel lounges but Westin offers the best entertainment. Desserts and coffee at the MiX are superb.
