Now, it's 5:12 AM on May 13, 2022, and both my daughter and I have been suffering from stomach pains and have been running to the bathroom all night. The wings were the only thing we ate yesterday, and I paid over $30 for them. We couldn't even finish the wings due to their appearance, and now we’re regretting consuming them at all. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
I ordered wings yesterday, and they were fried too hard. It seemed like they covered them in sauce to mask the toughness. Given the price, I expected them to be better.
I found the food to be cold and not what I ordered. The fish was unappetizing, and the wings had no sauce even though I specifically requested teriyaki. They were just plain. Additionally, the driver didn't follow my instructions and even argued with me about my location. I had informed him that I would be out front on a scooter. Unfortunately, the food was ice cold, and after a few bites, I couldn't continue eating it.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I tried the Lemon Pepper wings and the Lemon Honey wings, and both flavors were incredible. To top it off, the pound cake was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return!
On Saturdays, when I come in to order, they also fail to open on time. It's frustrating that they are the last ones to open in the entire food court. The mall opens at 11 am, and having to wait an hour and a half—or even longer—for the staff to arrive and start working is simply unacceptable. I really believe the owner should hire reliable employees who value punctuality and customer service. It’s unprofessional to arrive late to open, close early, neglect to greet customers with a smile, or fail to express gratitude to those who spend their money here. Management really needs to do better!
