Taco Bell - Tampa

Found part of a plastic wrapper in my burrito, they also forgot part of our order. This hasn’t been the only bad experience at this location, but it will surely be the last. Not going to this location ever again!

So rude. a burrito they demanded that they had not...then they did not let me add a burrito at his place. what is that? They need better people to work the window, especially if they order something and they don't have it, you would think they could add an additional element. Finally, it should be about being viability and quality. when someone goes back through the drive thru. or simply not to use them is not the way to keep customers. about the restaurant from the business. I'll say top management has to interfere if they want to stay open.

The service is sucked in. only can order a kiosk. it took 7 minutes to get an order for a drink and 10 minutes to get it. I understand that the drive-thru service is even worse, which I can't possibly fathom! I will never visit this again, and probably no other taco bells since I had the exact same experience at a taco bell in orcala fl. the food is therefore bland and turns off from these superiors. very disappointed. taco bell use to eat my go to comfort

I always hope this Taco bell will be better, but it's a terrible business. At some point I came and they were closed by chance. once I sat on the throughbox for 5 minutes and heard the employees speak, but no one has taken over our order. do not order them via one of the delivery services if it is not cancelled, it will appear cold and wrong.

Went there for the first time yesterday. Ordered from the kiosk. Tacos were ok. There were a couple that tasted like they were rancid, as posted by another reviewer below. I won't eat here again.
