Panera Bread - Tampa

I have a cobb salad for going, but I didn't know that I got 1/4 of an salat already in dressing, which looked like rabbit food with soggy salat, no chicken and speck. over expensive and bad service.

Bad customer service . I have placed my order, and the indecent cashier was more concerned to get my phone number right, then me on the way with my order. She took me for five minutes that the phone number I gave her didn't find a customer. I said I just wanted to order my breakfast, and she kept asking me the same stupid question while her useless manager went behind her to pay no attention. it's a miracle they still have customers. absolutely the worst customer service I have seen

This panera bread location is run like a non-brand cafeteria with flaws in many business aspects. My order was incorrectly served, prices are extremely high, custmer service is somewhat rude, and the wuality of products is low (chewy bread, cheap cheese). I was having trouble with the card reader not working. the lady in the cash register ignored me twice when asked for help. I had to fetch an employee by name to be able to pay for my order. I highly encourage you to seek coffee or breakfast somewhere else.
