This small restaurant is amazing - my son walks here from his office a few times a month. It's in a convenient location for nearby businesses to enjoy their healthy menu. This was my second time meeting him for lunch. I've tried their delicious cuban sandwich and Texas wrap with tomato basil.

This hidden gem of a restaurant, located within an office building, offers a fantastic array of healthy dining options. With delicious lunch choices at affordable prices and a welcoming staff, it's definitely worth a visit.

I believe the owner was present when I visited this restaurant. He was welcoming, friendly, and patient as I looked over the menu. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, with many leaning towards healthier choices. I decided to try a toasted sandwich with thick sliced chicken breast, fresh spinach, olive tapenade, and Swiss cheese. It was served with a side of tzatziki sauce that paired perfectly with the sandwich. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again the next time I am in the Tampa area.

We walked to this location from the sailport resort. The Cafe is located inside a large office building. The service was fast and friendly. They have light fresh items. All the veggie toppings on my sandwich were extremely fresh, cold and crisp. Ienjoyed the fact they have vegetarian and vegan options. We ordered and paid at the counter then seated ourselves. They earnextra points for having extremely fast service. It appears they provide food for all the workers in the office complex.
