To make matters worse, they also forgot to salt the fries. Very disappointing.

The fish in my sandwich had a simi... read more After receiving my order, I found that the fries tasted stale and cold, as if they had been sitting out since the day before. The fish in my sandwich had a similar unappetizing temperature and taste. Additionally, my cookies were burnt. However, I did enjoy my sundae and drink, which were delicious.

Horrible location!!! Workers are rude and the managers even worse! My food was cold and the apple pies were dried out! I called and asked for a manager and the... read more Horrible location!!! Workers are rude and the managers even worse! My food was cold and the apple pies were dried out! I called and asked for a manager and the first person lied and said she was a manager. When I asked for her name, She then called anotherperson as I heard her say in Spanish (she wants a manager) The second person got on the phone and when I asked for her name ahesaid it was McDonalds and asked me who I was. I said I was a customer with a compaint and she hung up on me. Whomever owns thislocation needs to train their employees!!!! A language barrier does not excuse horrible customer service.! The fact thislocation has these horrible reviews and improvements are not made is concerning!!!
