Atmos... read more 3 starts ONLY because the ?rum punch? was delicious but food bland, tortilla chips were stale, and burger seems to be missing salt, pepper, and seasoning. Atmosphere was lively, but couldn?t say the same about our waiter. It?s not a place I?d recommendto my friends to experience unless they want to go for the ?rum punch?. Waitress came by and seen that we?re barely eating ourfood and didn?t ask if we were doing okay or how the food is. She dropped off a water and vanished. Sitting here for 15 minutesnow waiting for the waiter to return. Finally asked for the manager and he was kind enough to comp the meal (as he can see wasbarely touched).

Excellent Shepards pie, clean restrooms and plenty of architecture to absorb inside. I highly recommend Hattricks to locals and visitors alike, being close to theconvention center.
