District Manager , Jenny has a terrible disposition and has handled concerns extremely unprofessionally, even gone so far as throwing my refund on the floor and thrusting it on the counter . . Because I work in the plaza I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I do not recommend. The service is terrible and in dire need of proper management.

My daughter loves the Boston cream donuts, and I enjoy the vanilla cream donuts—they were fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this Dunkin' to others. As for wheelchair accessibility, there is a good amount of seating available, and there are tables that are accessible. The atmosphere is quite calm, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

The two orders of hash browns were gooey and greasy; trying a few was a mistake! A few minutes later, I had to rush to the bathroom! I ended up having to throw away most of the food.
