Dining at this restaurant seems to evoke strong reactions, ranging from utter disappointment to pleasant surprise. Many customers report issues with online orders, such as squished bowls, inaccurate contents, and missing ingredients, leaving them frustrated and dissatisfied. Concerns about hygiene and food safety also surfaced, with unwashed hands and careless food handling noted. Conversely, some patrons had positive experiences, appreciating friendly service and generous portions. While one visit yielded a fulfilling meal, the inconsistency in quality and service prompts a call for improvement, making it a gamble for those considering a meal here.

Actually, it was disgusting and too expensive. it was my first time and super loud in there and I was new and didn't know what to do. I tried to ask, and the counter-workers were clearly upset with me to find out what I could do, I couldn't even hear them when they spoke. every single table was dirty and they had no utensils, serviettes or even lids. moe’s is %1,000 percent better and they know how to talk to customers. I couldn't believe how terrible my experience was. they hurried so much that they blew the food there and soaped, which run from the bowls. only very scary and rude. never again.

Horrible service, ordered on the app and they got my order completely wrong. All wrong toppings, AND THEY FORGOT THE MEAT! How do you forget the meat. Went in to pick up, and my order wasn't even being made yet, no one was in the store. The workers were all on their phones. BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION.

Don?t order online. This is the second this has happened. I ordered a bowl with chicken and barbacoa double meat and this is all the chicken that I get. I used to work at chipotle and I know you guys are trying to save some money, but jeez you don?t have to be that cheap. Btw I haven?t touched my food and the portion of barbacoa is fine.

Okay, I have to vent, and show my appreciation to the staff at Citrus Park 's Chipotle Mexican Grill. My colleagues and I had just finish watching a movie at AMC 24 on Anderson Rd, and we were starving, once we got out, and being vegans and trying to find a place to eat after 3:00pm in Tampa FL is a scary thing, because no restaurant accommodates our appetite, and needs besides chipotle. And now they have the Tofu Sofritas It was 9:45pm and chipotle closed at 10pm, so we decided to call-in the order. We spoke to the amazing and stunning Annie, who literally had the patience of a Japanese Sensei, when trying to understand our complicated order. We pulled up to chipotle around 9:50pm, and rushed inside to grab our food. And this is the part that really got to me, the manager Justin showed love and told Annie, to tell us that our food was on the house, probably because they already closed their register for the night, it really made our night, and we really appreciate Annie, Justin, the guy at the grill cooking death Ben, and I can 't remember the other guys name, but shout out to the entire staff at chipotle grill. You guys are the real MVP! OKAY!

This Chipotle used to be decent. Now it is easily one of the worst in the Tampa area, and the reason is how it is being run. There is a male manager who is on duty most days who hovers over the line watching every scoop of meat. I have personally heard him yelling at employees — in Spanish — to stop giving out too much meat and to charge people for double meat. I have also seen him argue with customers about what qualifies as “double meat,” which makes ordering food uncomfortable and tense. The way portions are handled here feels deliberate and deceptive. This manager often serves customers and treats the meat like a shell game — scooping up a full spoonful, dumping part of it back, then adding a small amount again so it looks like he is giving you extra. At the same time, the meat is chopped into very small pieces and spread thinly over the rice to make it appear like more than it really is. Even when you pay for double meat, it still does not look or feel like a true double portion compared to other Chipotle locations. I have also noticed that the serving spoons themselves seem smaller than they used to be. The only reason the bowls end up looking full at all is because they load up the cheapest ingredients — rice, beans, lettuce, corn — while being extremely stingy with the protein you are actually paying for. That is not value, it’s a tactic to make skimpy portions look acceptable. Because of this obsession with cutting costs, the food quality has dropped badly. The meat often tastes off or low-grade, and the guacamole is watery. When a bowl with extra meat and guacamole comes to $20, this level of quality is unacceptable. While this manager spends all his time policing portions, cleanliness is ignored. The prep area behind the glass is frequently messy with spilled ingredients and dirty surfaces. I have seen employees wipe things down with dirty rags and then immediately handle food. I have also seen workers touch prep items without gloves and cough behind the counter near uncovered food. This location now feels like a chaotic, cost-cutting operation where customers are shorted, quality is sacrificed, and the employees look miserable here. Chipotle corporate should seriously look at what is happening here. Until there is new management and real oversight, this location is not worth going to anymore.
