They don't... read more The food was decent, but I feel that almost anyone could work at this Chipotle. I'm not sure if the staff is just really slow or if they were stoned. They don't even acknowledge when you say "thank you," as if you never said anything. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever visited.

I ordered a quesadilla and somehow they forgot to include the cheese and meat. They literally just gave me a folded tortilla pressed together. The morale of the employees here is so low, you’re pretty much non-existent to them if you go to pick-up. The food is good, if they get the order right; but the attitude is toxic, which is indicative of either poor leadership or horrible pool of college-aged students from which to draw. Be advised.

LAZY employees, 2 hours before close they are cleaning up not putting anymore food out. 10/10 will ruin your day if your craving chipotle.

The pickup line was longer than the act... read more I ordered a pickup order for 12:30 and got there right on the dot. Then I proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for my order. The pickup line was longer than the actual made to order line. I’m in shock with how bad the service was. I could tell the workers felt bad but honestly the system they had made no sense. they had one girl in the back making the orders for pickup and three girls up front not helping. Do better.
