My mixed starter was missing which was my main me... read more We ordered a takeaway today and 2 of the curries had the wrong lids on so my dad and uncle ate the wrong meal. My mixed starter was missing which was my main meal. I rang up and they said I needed to wait for the driver to come back and re deliver it. I then waited 30min and they advised the driver would be back in 5mins I then waited another 30 mins meanwhile everyone had eaten there meals. I was told that they wasn’t charging me for the mixed starter and redelivery. I then advised that I shouldn’t be recharged as they didn’t send my order originally and I have been waiting for over an hour. It then arrived 10mins later. It didn’t look appetising and looked dry so wasn’t worth the wait. I wouldn’t mind we spent nearly £70. The driver apologised and stated he told saffron it wasn’t right as it was there error.
