I was unaware of the change in ownership and should have done my research beforehand. The experience was a total disappointment - the roast dinner was served cold on cold plates, the vegetables were okay but the portion of gravy was very minimal. The service was also lacking and fell short of the great things I had heard about the restaurant. Overall, it was a really poor and disappointing meal. View all feedback.
The first time here,and it will not our last, had a great night with great food, and all the workers were nice,biger worth could not recommend the poor enough.
I had surfing and shaking. my partner had steak, both were perfectly cooked. the beer is well kept and we finished with wobbley coffee. the staff was friendly and chatting. unpredictable and great worth. would recommend a visit.
If you're from out of town staying in Manchester I'd highly recommend this pub. Excellent food, excellent staff extremely welcoming.
The service was very quick and the staff were lovely. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Very good value for money, will be going back and I would recommend.
I held the 80th birthday party of my dad in the functional room, it was amazingly excellent buffet, excellent attentive service from all staff, my dad loved every minute of his party many thanks liz adey they were amazing much love xxx
