With my anxious dog in... read more I went to the restaurant for a quick meal to take home around 7pm. Unfortunately, I couldn't order through the app to use the drive-thru. With my anxious dog in the car, I decided to go through the drive-thru anyways. This turned out to be a big mistake, as I didn't get to the order window until 8pm and was stuck in line with no way out. I ordered a boneless box and a zinger tower burger meal with some extras. By 8:20pm, I tried to get the attention of the staff but they seemed to ignore me. Finally, around 8:30pm, a girl with her handbag on her shoulder came to the window and told me not to take pictures. I asked how long my food would take, but she didn't know and ended up closing the window in frustration. The car behind me started honking, and the server apologized for the long wait, saying it had been over an hour. I asked for a refund and the manager kindly obliged. I wasn't happy with the accusatory tone from the girl, and the manager said she would speak to her about it. On my way home, I stopped at McDonald's and got my food within 10 minutes. I wish I had just gone there in the first place! The wait at the restaurant was unacceptable for a Friday night peak time. Despite the politeness of most of the staff, the lack of updates on my order's progress and being ignored at the window left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning and would advise others not to bother either.

No matter when you visit or how much you order, you can expect to wait at least 20-30 minutes for your food. The staff are often seen standing around doing nothing, especially during peak times. Their customer service skills are severely lacking, as they treat customers poorly, particularly when there are issues with orders. It is common for items to be missing from orders and the quality of the food is inconsistent. Delivery drivers from services like Deliveroo and Uber Eats are given higher priority over other customers. As locals from Denton, we now prefer to go to the Ashton branch instead.

We had to drive... read more I don't understand why we keep coming to this restaurant, but this time we ordered takeout and when we got home, half of the order was missing. We had to drive back and all they gave us was chips. The gravy was terrible, as thin as water. Every time I come here, whether I eat in or take out, something is always missing. I stopped dining in because the floors are dirty and the tables are sticky. Both this KFC and the one in Ashton Moss are terrible - the chips have no flavor and the chicken grease seems to get worse with each visit.

The food was cold and disgusting,I ordered a wrap and it was awful there was 1 piece of chicken and it was all threw on it, the workers didn’t listen at all. I don’t recommend going here save your money!!
