Arrogant and dismissive. They sent us the wrong order, which was too spicy and ended up in the trash. We called three times and left messages with no response. When we finally reached someone, they questioned why it took us so long to complain. They refused to take responsibility, claiming they never make mistakes and blamed Uber Eats. The reason I never returned to their overhyped restaurant was because I found a large dead fly in my chutney once, with no apology given.
This is the best takeaway in Tameside. I can't believe I only just discovered this place. I enjoyed every bite. Thank you, Indian Ocean, I will definitely be returning.
This restaurant is truly amazing! The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. I will definitely be a customer for life.
Used to be fantastic, but stopped going when standards dropped. Think Chef went to another restaurant
