Today was our first time ordering via the just eat app. We placed our order at 7.45 with an estimated delivery time of 9.15. Fair enough, we know it's busy so accept this time. 9.30 comes and we phone the take away for an update. Lack of any form of an apology and couldn't offer any small discount or extras, instead our food would arrive in another 20 minutes. 10pm our food arrived!!!! Although still warm and good quality, 2 hours and 15 minutes is a ridiculous length of time to wait for food!

The starter was decent, but my partner found his beef and mushroom dish to be too tough to eat. To make matters worse, I ordered a chicken and mushroom dish in oyster sauce, but was served beef instead. I rarely eat red meat and try to avoid it whenever possible. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

However, tonight my partner wanted Chinese food so I agreed to give it another chance. I was pleasantly surprised! How often do you compliment the taste of an onion? Almost never! But every aspect of the meal was delicious, starting with the perfectly cooked onion. I couldn't find any faults with the rest of the food either. And trust me, I can be very picky. The main issue with this place seems to be its busyness. On a Wednesday night, the food was served hot, on time, and perfectly cooked. However, on a Saturday night, it's hit or miss, which is unfortunate.

The delivery is always on time and the staff is professional, polite, and very patient with my indecisive dinner choices.

The man wouldn't come up the stairs with the takeaway he expected me to leave a new born baby and 3 children in a top floor flat while I went down and he didn't care atal.. Sorry I understand this covid 19 but he could have worn a mask and nipped up I pay 30 pound for food and they can't even be bothered to drop it at my front door they expect me to walk down 3 flights of stairs leave my babies and give him the money .. He took the money from my hand so there was nothing stopping him coming up to my door
