Wow!! What a great carvery!!! Went for a birthday meal for 7 of us,4 on carvery 3 on menu,Josh our amazing server said he’d tell us when the menu orders were coming out so we could get our carvery,so we could all eat together! Beautiful pub, very clean and decorated lovely. The carvery was amazing, lots of choice, beef, turkey, gammon, char Sui, and peppered beef strips, the vegetables cooked to perfection, and a selection of gravy to complete the meal. The chefs and servers were amazing, the pub was packed and I’m not surprised,it was a lovely thursdat night treat,We will definitely be going again. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, great to be served with a smile. 5 carvery, service and ambiance
The staff at this restaurant were amazing - friendly, helpful, and efficient. However, the food was just okay and the drinks were a bit pricey at £6 per pint. The restaurant was very busy, possibly because it was a Sunday and everyone was in the mood for a roast.
Had the carvery which had just been put out fresh and wow! Exceeded expectations, compliments to the kitchen staff, one of the best carveries iv have ever had, definitely recommend great value for money and exceptional service from front of house team, will be recommending to everyone and anyone who will heat and most definitely will be returning soon
Went for a Sunday carvery and it was delicious, really nice and the atmosphere was great. Family friendly. Def going again
Just been to the Fletchers for a Sunday Roast for 2 . We were allocated a table after only a short wait . When seated we were given a Menu , no one approached our table to ask what we would like to order after quite a wait and so we asked a Waitress as she was passing …. She obliged . We selected our Carvery’s , food was ok not very hot tho . When finished our meal and sat for a while and again no one came to remove our plates or ask if we wanted Desserts etc so again we called a Waitress over …. She took our order and delivered it to our table with no sugar for the coffee and so had to call her over again! We later asked for the bill, it came with optional service charge on and so as little service was given I asked for it to be removed . I also wonder why a Sunday Carvery is £3 more on a Sunday than other days . In the past we have been pleased with our food and Service at the Fletchers but definitely not today . I must say tho it’s a lovely venue shame it was let down today .
