Worst organisational system I’ve seen dealing with Covid ordering. No clear information about click and collect, dine in and car park delivery. Made me wait 15 minutes inside after my collection time, checked my name 3 times and then finally brought me a cold order...that I’d seen on their counter. It’s probably no surprise that it was cold. The tasty 5 guys fries is not as good stone cold. View all feedback.

Decided to go to Five Guys in Ashton. Couldn't be more thrilled! Morgan and Josh looked after us and they made the whole thing so much better! So polite, so friendly, so welcoming even when the place was packed! The food was incredible, but...the people really made the experience! Thank you so much to all the boys working there! Will definitely be going back as much as possible, all because of the staffs' attitudes! They deserve the BIGGEST pay rises and promotions!
Picked up, chips were loose in the bag and burger was dripping in fat to the point the bun was soaked and it was inedible
HARRY! This review is just for you! Your amazing your service is great you are just happy to be there and to help everyone. It’s so nice to see this as most of the time in places it’s like the staff can’t be bothered to...be there but you are great even with all that’s going on your still smiling away happy as ever! The food is always amazing I have never had to complain either!
