The menu had a great variety of food and drinks, the atmosphere was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and Daisy provided excellent service. The robots delivering food to the table were a fun and unique touch that added to the overall experience.

Our waitress, Daisy, was exceptional and made our night even more enjoyable. The robots were a unique addition that surprisingly helped out the staff while still allowing for a pleasant human interaction with our waitress.

My son, who has autism and ADHD, was not able to sit still and the manager gave him disapproving looks. The restaurant used robot serving trays, which I found unnecessary and childish. The food was average, but my past experiences at this restaurant were positive with a different manager. The waitress and waiter were fine, but the woman who seemed to be the manager was judging my son. We rarely go out because of the challenges of having a child with additional needs, and this experience reminded me of why. The ice cream portions for kids could be larger. I would not return due to the issues mentioned above. This review is not reflective of all Bella Italia locations, so I may try a different one next time.

The prices have gone up, but the food and service have gone downhill. When I ordered the Calamari, I was served what seemed to be leftover bits and crumbs from the packet. It was unacceptable to expect me to pay 8 pounds for that. I sent it back and asked for a refund. My partner had the bruschetta, which was served on rock-hard bread. When she raised this issue with the manager, she was told that the bread was fresh and delivered daily. We used to enjoy this restaurant for its ambiance and somewhat above-average food, considering it is a chain restaurant. However, after this terrible experience, we will not be returning. I suggest going to Pinocchio instead.
